The company INTRALOT announces, according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Fotios Mavroudis - person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 - sold on 4.12.2007, 8,000 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of 101,929.00 euros.
