PANTECHNIKI SA discloses that Mrs. Fragaki Katerina, (bound person, according to article 13 of Law.3340/2005), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, in combination with the provision of decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, proceeded to the disposal of 3.000 common registered shares of the company on 09/10/2007, with a total net value of 12.900,00 Euro.
