Announcement
METKA SA would like to hereby announce, pursuant to Hellenic Law 3016/2002 (paragraph 3 of article 7) decision No 3/347/12.07.05 of the Capital Market Committee and Hellenic Law 3340/2005 {point (e) of article 2} that the Company's Head of Internal Audit Department, Mr. Theocharis Chatzigrigoriou, withdrew from the Company on 28 September 2007.
In replacement thereof, the Company appointed Mrs Laura Georgouli of Leandros - Stylianos, who holds a degree in Business Ecomics from the University of Swansea of Wales and who is currently employed in the said Department on a full time and exclusive basis, as Head of Internal Control.
