The Company HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. in accordance with the provisions of the article 24 par. 2 of the Law 3461/2006, announces that on 28.11.2007 purchased 19,335 shares of ELMEC SPORT SA, or 0.0349% of the share capital and voting rights of ELMEC, at the price of Euro 3.94, and as a result the total participation in the share capital and voting rights of ELMEC reached 67.566%.
