COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces, in accordance to L.3556/2007, the 1/434/3.07.2007 decision of the HCMC and art.13 L.3340/2005, that on 05/12/2007 Mr. Stefanos Oktapodas, Managing Director AMC and COSMOFON, sold 950 common ordinary shares of the Company of a total value of 24,928 euro.
