Nireus SA announces that on 10.12.2007 the General Meetings of Seafarm Ionian and Alfa Zootrofes Lokrides approved the plan of their merging. The merging is expected to materialize by the end of 2007. This announcement is made with respect to the 1.10.2007 announcement about enterprise transformations to improve the Group's structure.
