Following previous announcements to the ATHEX (14.11.06, 29.12.06, 8.01.07, 8.01.07, 9.01.07, 9.01.07, 17.01.07,22.02.07, 2.03.07, 5.03.07 and 8.03.07), the Company informs the public that the Athens Court of First Instance, with its decision No 5676/2007, rejected the petitions dated 18.01.2007 and 04.01.2007 of two shareholders requesting the appointment of a temporary Board of Directors of the Company IASO S.A.
