The company Forthnet A.E. announces, that according to the L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and art.21) in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11), a legal entity associated with Mr Dimitrios Goulandris, Member of the Forthnet's BoD, notified on September 19th, 2007 (in accordance with art. 13, par. 1 of L. 3340/2005) the sale of 112.500 shares of a total value of euro 1.197.610,88 Euros, on September 17th , 2007.
