The Company under the corporate name "PEGASUS PUBLISHING S.A.", in accordance with Article 27 par. 3 L. 3556/2007, as valid, announces that the Company's President of the B.o.D and Shareholder Mr. George F. Bobolas, in accordance with Article 27 par. 2 L. 3556/2007, as valid, on the 10th of September 2007, informed the Company in writing of the number of voting rights he currently holds in the Company, meaning 5.264.520 common shares with equal number in voting rights (direct: 5.264.520, indirect:0), representing 11,23% of the total share capital of the Company.
In addition the Company wishes to inform the investors, that in its website (www.pegasus.gr), there is a Table of persons obliged to announce Regulated Information, in accordance with L. 3556/2007, as valid.
