The company "DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTRE ATHENS HYGEIA S.A" announces, in accordance to the decision 7.28/443/6.9.2007 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that on Thursday 20th of September 2007 will began the sale of 122.206 tangible common registered shares that were not deposited to dematerialization.
The auction will be held pursuant to the decision 1/380/4.5.2006 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission and in the Article 99 of the Regulation of Hellenic Exchange.
"Investment Bank of Greece" will hold the above mentioned auction.
The net outcome of the sale will be announced to the Shareholders according to the Law (L.3371/2005, article 18).
The fluctuation limits at the period of the auction will be fixed according to legislation.
The clean product of clearance will be deposited in favour of the total of the entitled shareholders with the Treasury Collateral and Loans Fund.
