On 30.8.2007, MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. acquired 25,332 shares of VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND CATERING SERVICES, corresponding to 0.0346% of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 77.5594%. The acquisition price of the above shares ranged between 24.66 and 24.72 euros per share.
