In compliance to the No. 2273/2003 Regulation of the E.C. Committee dated December 22nd, 2003 Proton announces purchases of own shares as listed below, which were accomplished in accordance to article 16 par. 5 of L.2170/1920, in implementation of Annual Shareholders' Meeting decision of November 24th, 2006 and the Board of Directors' decision of May 8th, 2007.
(1) On September 13th, 2007 a total of 11,160 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.254 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 114,438.42.
(2) On September 14th, 2007 a total of 3,000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.233 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 30,698.41.
(3) On September 17th, 2007 a total of 5,000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.226 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 51,130.66.
The abovementioned 19,160 own shares, of total value Euro 196,267.49 were purchased through Proton Bank S.A. at an average purchase price of Euro 10.244 per share.
