The company MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP SA informed the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the Issuer that its participation on the total share capital and voting rights of the Issuer changed on the September 27, 2007 reaching in total 32.877%. The aforementioned participation includes voting rights that: a) owns directly, i.e. 6.0013% and b) owns indirectly through its subsidiary company MARFIN CAPITAL SA, i.e. 26.8756%.
