EUROMEDICA S.A. hereby announces to its shareholders and to investors that on 29 August 2007 its subsidiary EUROPROCUREMENT S.A. acquired 80% (with the purchase of 80,000 shares) of DATA DESIGN S.A. for the price of 1,350,000 euro.
DATA DESIGN S.A. manufactures and develops medical software and supports the entire network of EUROMEDICA diagnostic centres and clinics throughout Greece.
