In its letter of 29 August 2007, AXON HOLDINGS S.A. informed us that on 28 August 2007, because of the admission to trading of new EUROMEDICA S.A. shares deriving from the share capital increase and the acquisition of 1,250,000 of these new shares, its proportion of voting rights in our company changed from 68.409% to 58.172%. This proportion (58.172%) is arrived at as follows:
- Direct holding of ΑΧΟΝ HOLDINGS S.A.: 16,421,038 voting rights, i.e. 43.320%
- Holding of the affiliated company SONAK S.A.: 5,622,101 voting rights, i.e. 14.832%
- Holding of the affiliated company NEOS EGKEFALOS S.A.: 7,562 voting rights, i.e. 0.020%
