SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on August 31, 2007, the President and Executive Member of the Board of Directors (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), Mr. Athanasios Dorotheos Hatzioannou bought 9.240 common shares, with a total net value of euro 96.167,40.

SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on August 31, 2007, Mr Evaggelos Athanasios Hatzioannou, son of the President and Executive Member of the Board of Directors (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, Mr. Athanasios Dorotheos Hatzioannou bought 350 common shares, with a total net value of euro 3,640.00.
