The company INTRALOT announces that, according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Mr. Vasileios Kasiotakis - person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 - sold on 18.9.2007 1,000 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of Euro 26,700.00.
