Blue Star Maritime S.A. in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and the Decision No 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Republic Capital Market Commission and in order to facilitate the calculation of the levels that a significant change in participation should be disclosed, informs the investment community that the share capital of the Company amounts to Euro one hundred five million (Euro 105,000,000.00) divided into one hundred five million (105,000,000) common bearer shares with par value of one Euro (1.00 Euro) each. Each share has one voting right.
