EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A., as Societe Anonyme, listed in the Athens Stock Exchange, announces that - according to Article 10, par. 1 of the Law 3340/2005, as well as the article 2, par. 2 of the Decision No 3/347/12.07.05 issued by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission - Emporiki Bank s BoD, during its meeting of 20-09-2007, decided the participation of the Bank, jointly with CREDIT AGRICOLE S.A to the establishment of the company with the trade name «EMPORIKI ASSURANCES HELLENIC INSURANCE COMPANY S.A.
Τhe participation percentage of Emporiki Bank SA will be 50%.
After the completion of the establishment procedure of the aforementioned company and the approval of the appropriate Regulation Authorities, we will inform you with a new announcement.
