CARDASSILARIS & SONS S.A CARDICO", in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and in combination with 1/434/3.7.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee announces that, Mr.George Kardassilaris, Managing Director , (obliged person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) proceeded on 14/11/2007 on the sale of 150.000 company's common registered shares, of total value of 364.500 euro.
