The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces, that according to the L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and art.21) in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11), a member of the Board of Directors (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) Mr Minas Papadakis bought 1,000 ordinary shares of a total net value of euro 5,320 on August 31st 2007.
