AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in acordance to article 13 paragraph 2 of law 3340/2005, that on the 29th of August 2007, shareholder and Deputy General Manager Dimitris Maggioros, has proceeeded in the sale of 5,000 shares of Autohellas S.A. at the total value of Euro 28,400.00.
