The company INTRALOT announces, according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that:
- Mr. Argyrios Tsilidis - person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 - purchased on 25.9.2007 500 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of Euro 13,500.00.
- Mr. Georgios Kolios - person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 - sold on 25.9.2007 3,000 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of Euro 81,000.00.
