Elmec Sport SA announces that our principal shareholder Homeric Department Stores Holdings SA ("Homeric DS") notified us with a letter dated 4/10/2007 that they are in an advanced level of discussions with Hellenic Duty Free Shops SA ("HDFS") concerning the acquisition by HDFS of the whole of the shares of Elmec Sport SA held by Homeric DS.
The Athens Stock Exchange and the proper authorities will be informed with no delay on the outcome of the aforementioned negotiations.
