The company IASO S.A. with reference to today's press publications about acquiring part of EUROMEDICA S.A.'s shares, informs the investors community as follows:
The company researches, examines and adjusts its investment program constantly, aiming always at achieving the best returns for its shareholders. The investment program, which we have announced, includes the operation of the Pediatric Department, the completion of the construction of IASO Thessalias and the construction of IASO of Southern Suburbs.
As already announced in the past, IASO examines, analyzes and evaluates further opportunities for development and expansion of its activities, either inside Greece or abroad. An issue such as the acquisition of a percentage of EUROMEDICA's shares has never been examined by the Board of Directors.
