The board of directors of Electroniki Athinon S.A according to the announcement on 4 April 2007 and 7 Mai 2007 to the investors, notifies that signed today 29 Sep 2007 the final agreement and overwhelmed the amount of 3.200.000 euros for the acquisition of the 51 % of Sarafidis S.A.
