The company wishes to inform that it has been informed for the signing of two agreements signed on 26/9/07 and 28/9/07 by Temble Trading Ltd (which is owned by 100% from Mr. Aristeides Belles, main shareholder of NIREUS S.A.) and EFG EUROBANK S.A. and MILLENNIUM BANK S.A. Those agreements give the option to Temble Trading Ltd to buy from the aforementioned two banks, a total number of 938.497 convertible bonds issued by NIREUS S.A. on 12/7/2007, i.e. 563.045 convertible bonds from EFG EUROBANK S.A. and 375.362 convertible bonds from MILLENNIUM BANK S.A. This option can be executed from Τemble Trading Ltd at any time during the five year duration of the said convertible bond issue.
