COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces, in accordance to L.3556/2007, the 1/434/3.07.2007 decision of the HCMC and art.13 L.3340/2005, that on 21/9/2007 Mr. Nikolaos Tsolas, COSMOTE Romania's General Director, sold 15,000 common ordinary shares of the Company of a total value of 360,000.00 euro.
