ASPIS BANK ATE announces, pursuant to the provision of the regulation of Athens Exchange and Low 3340/2005, that the tax audit for it's consolidated subsidiary company ASPIS CREDIT S.A. has been completed for the financial years 2004-2005 .
Payable taxes found by such audit amount to 26.553,86 euro and shall be booked in the results of the current financial year of the company.
