The company Forthnet A.E. announces, that according to the L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and art.21) in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11), an associated legal entity with the Member of the FORTHnet's BoD, Dimitrios Goulandris, notified on 11.09.2007(art. 13, par. 1 of L. 3340/2005) the sale of 320.000 shares of a total value of 3.502.048 Euro, on the 7th of September 2007.
