The Company DIEKAT S.A. in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Republic Capital Market Commission, and for the purpose of estimation and determination of the limits of significant acquisition or disposal of participation by shareholders or owners of voting rights, informs the investment community that, the share capital of the Company amounts to ten million five hundred and fifty seven thousand and four hundred eighty seven euros and fourteen cents (10.557.487,14) divided into seventeen million eight hundred and ninety four thousand and forty six (17.894.046) common voting registered shares, of par value of fifty nine cents (0,59 euro) each.
