Pursuant to Article 282 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and Article 24 of Law 3461/2006, J&P-AVAX S.A. announces the purchase of 26,116 shares of Athena SA at euro 1.67 / share, for a total consideration of euro 43,613.72 on August 31 2007. Following the transaction, J&P-AVAX S.A. controls 71,79% of Athena SA's share capital.
