ASPIS BANK SA acknowledges the following, according to law 3016/2002,3340/2005,3356/2007 and Capital Market decision dated 3/347/12- 07-2005 and as per its Chairman and Managing Director responsibilities, in order to amend its Organizational Chart appoints Mr. Nickolaos Mallouchos as General Manager. Corporate Strategy and Development Section as well as Organization Department will be reporting to the newly appointed General Manager.
