A. In its letter of 30 August 2007, HEALTHCARE INVESTORS (GREECE) LLC informed us that on 28 August 2007, by reason of the admission to trading of new EUROMEDICA S.A. shares deriving from the share capital increase and the acquisition of 6,250,000 of these new shares, its proportion of the voting rights in our company was 16.49%. HEALTHCARE INVESTORS (GREECE) LLC previously held no shares in our company.
B. In its letter of 30 August 2007, FARALLON CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC informed us that on 28 August 2007, by reason of the admission to trading of new EUROMEDICA S.A. shares deriving from a share capital increase and the acquisition by HEALTHCARE INVESTORS (GREECE) LLC, of which FARALLON CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC is the "portfolio manager", of 6,250,000 of these new shares, its indirect proportion of the voting rights in our company was 16.49%. The direct proportion of the voting rights of FARALLON CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC in our company is zero. Before 28 August 2007 it had neither a direct nor indirect holding in our company.
