EUROMEDICA S.A. announces to its shareholders and investment audience that it has proceeded to the acquisition of the 21% of the Hippocrates Diagnostic Centre in Kozani for 525,000 euros.
It is a versatile Diagnostic Centre equipped with a CT scanner, an MRI scanner, and a microbiology laboratory and operates in a hired lodging in Kozani.
By this new acquisition, EUROMEDICA enhances its image in Western Macedonia with two clinics and the said Diagnostic Centre in Kozani, with a Diagnostic Centre in Ptolemaida and through plans to establish a spa centre in Nymphaio.
In addition, EUROMEDICA S.A. is currently being under negotiation with medical units located in the districts of Kastoria and Grevena.
This acquisition helps EUROMEDICA increase the number of its primary health care units across Greece to 31 centres, namely 13 are located in Attica (one of them will soon launch its operation), 5 are located in Thessaloniki plus EUROGENETICA S.A., 2 in Crete, 3 in Volos and 1 centre in each of Larissa, Ptolemaida, Serres, Korinthos, Alexandroupoli, Trikala, and Kozani.
