Diagnostic and Therapeutic Center of Athens Hygeia S.A. announces, pursuant to article 7 of the law 3016/17.5.2002, article 4 of the rule 5/204/14.11.2000 and article 2 par. 2e of the rule 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that as of September 13, 2007 Mr. Gerasimos Belevonis assumed the position of Internal Auditor. Mr. Belevonis is a graduate of the Business Administration department of the University of Macedonia and has an auditing experience of 11-years. He has been employed for several years by PriceWaterhouseCoopers, providing external and internal audit services to companies in Greece and abroad. Mr. Belevonis has large experience in Healthcare sector and has been a member of the Hellenic Institute of Internal Auditors since year 2001.
