EUROLINE INVESTMENTS CLOSED END INVESTMENT COMPANY S.A., in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and the decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission and in order to estimate and determine the limits for the acquisition or disposal of significant participations by shareholders or owners of voting rights, informs the investment community that the share capital of the Company amounts to Euro twenty seven million one hundred and four thousand four hundred and forty four and seventy cents (27.104.444,70) divided into ten million six hundred and twenty nine thousand one hundred and ninety four (10.629.194) common voting registered shares, of par value of two Euros and fifty five cents (2,55) each.
