The management of F.G. EUROPE S.A. decided the issuance of a syndicated loan, jointly organized and administrated by EFG Eurobank Telesis Finance, Alpha Bank and Eurobank EFG.
The syndicated loan of 65 mil. Euro will have a maturity of 5 years, with the possibility of extension for further 2 years and will be used for refinancing the existing short term and long term debt of the company.
