J&P-AVAX signed on 27.08.2007 the contract for the project titled Completion of the City of Agrinion General Hospital, worth Euro 34.9 million.
The hospital complex comprises 13 buildings with a total surface of 10,000 sq.m. of patients' rooms, 9,000 sq.m. of laboratories and administrative space, 4,000 sq.m. of emergency surgery rooms, 5,000 sq.m. of M&E and other support facilities, 4,000 sq.m. of common space (unit corridors etc) and is being constructed an a 70,000 sq.m. land plot facing the Agrinion-Antirrion National Highway.
The project includes all architectural and M&E design studies, the completion of all buildings and M&E works, landscaping works over a surface of around 60,000 sq.m. as well as all utility network connections.
The project has a 30 month deadline.
