It is announced that according to Article 4 par. 1 elem. e of the Capital Market Committee s Decision 5/204/14.11.2000, the Board of Directors of the Water Supply & Sewerage Company of Thessaloniki decided, during its yesterday meeting, the replacement of the resigned BoD's member, Mr. Stamatis Karamanlis of Dimitrios, by Mr. Kleovoulos Theotokis of Georgios, for the rest of the resigned member s duration of service. Following the replacement of Mr. Karamanlis and the retirement of Mr. Souanis Emmanouil (employees' representative) and his replacement by Mr. Arzoglou Nikolaos of Kyriakos for the rest of the duration of the retired person service, the BoD proceeded in its reorganization, according to the elections records of February 26th, 2004 and determines the capacity of each member, as follows:
