We inform the Investors that in the "Data and Information for the period from 1st January 2007 until 30th June 2007", as they were published in the newspaper "EXPRESS" of 31/8/2007 and more specifically in the "Statement of changes in Equity" regarding the consolidated data of column 30/6/2006 it is written: Opening balance (01.01.2007 and 01.01.2006 respectively): 180.125 euro, Profit / (loss) for the period, after tax: 11.443 euro, Other: -10.223 euro, Closing balance (30.06.2007 and 30.06.2006 respectively): 181.345 euro instead of the correct: Opening balance (01.01.2007 and 01.01.2006 respectively): 174.675 euro , Profit / (loss) for the period, after tax: 13.325 euro, Other: -10.235 euro, Closing balance (30.06.2007 and 30.06.2006 respectively): 177.765 euro.
Also, in Note 8 it is written: "...There was no effect of the above, on turnover and profit after taxes and minority interest for the period 1.1.2006 - 30.06.2006. The cumulative reduction of equity, as a result of the aforementioned corrections, on 31.12.2006 amounts to 926 thous euro. In Note Νο 5 of the brief interim financial statements of 30.6.2007, the above corrections are presented, as well as the reclassifications of comparative accounts." The said text is rephrased as follows: "...There was a positive effect of the above, on turnover and profit after taxes and minority interest of the period 1/1/2006 -30/6/2006 amounting to 628 thousand euro και 1.204 thousand.euro, respectively. The cumulative reduction of equity following the above amounts to 964 thousand euro. In Note no 4 of the brief interim financial statements of 30.6.2007, the above corrections are presented, as well as the reclassifications of comparative accounts."
The above corrections are included in the Data and Information for the period from 1st January 2007 until 30th January 2007, which is available on the Company's website and have been announced to the Athens Stock Exchange.
