M.J.MAILLIS S.A. announces that the Board of Directors in its meeting of 30/08/2007, appointed Mr. Victor Papaconstantinou, Group CFO, as its new member, in replacement of Mr. Charalambos Stavrinoudakis. The Board also appointed Mr. Ioannis Kourouglos as Vice-Chairman of the Board. The new Board is organized as follows:
