MICHANIKI notifies the investment public that according the article 16.par.5 of the Law 2190/20, the implementation-since 22.06.2007 - of the decision of the Regular General Assembly of the shareholders of the company and after the decision of the Board of Directors on 11/07/2007 has proceeded on the purchase of 248,205 common own shares with the average price of Euro 6.50.
The abovementioned own shares represent the 0.37% of the participial capital and were bought via the following Stock Market Companies: National Stock Exchange, Investment Bank Greece and Circle Stock Exchange.
