In compliance to the No. 2273/2003 Regulation of the E.C. Committee dated December 22nd, 2003 Proton announces purchases of own shares as listed below, which were accomplished in accordance to article 16 par. 5 of L.2170/1920, in implementation of Annual Shareholders' Meeting decision of November 24th, 2006 and the Board of Directors' decision of May 8th, 2007.
(1) On August 23rd, 2007 a total of 2,679 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9.996 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 26,778.90.
(2) On August 24th, 2007 a total of 4,000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9.986 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 39,943.95.
(3) On August 27th, 2007 a total of 4,000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9.986 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 39,943.95.
(4) On August 28th, 2007 a total of 4,000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9.911 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 39,643.77.
The abovementioned 14,679 own shares, of total value Euro 146,310.57 were purchased through Proton Bank S.A. at an average purchase price of Euro 9.967 per share.
