The interest of the Debentures 2003/2007 (LGDD) of the Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd is payable every six months, on 30th June and 31st December. The date that the beneficiaries will be determined for the payment of the interest for the period to 31 December, 2007, is five working days before the end of the period to 31 December, 2007, i.e. 19th December, 2007. Therefore, the ex-interest date is 20th December, 2007.
We further wish to inform you that, according to their Terms of Issue, Debentures 2003/2007 will be repaid in full plus interest on 31 December, 2007. Their last date of trading on the Cyprus Stock Exchange is 19 December, 2007.
