Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A., according to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of Capital Market Commission, notifies that the shareholder BERITSI AIKATERINI daughter of Konstantinos (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of L.3340/2005), sold on 03.09.2007 600 common registered shares of Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A. with a total net value of Euro 12.180,00.
