In compliance to the No. 2273/2003 Regulation of the E.C. Committee dated December 22nd, 2003 Proton announces purchases of own shares as listed below, which were accomplished in accordance to article 16 par. 5 of L.2170/1920, in implementation of Annual Shareholders' Meeting decision of November 24th, 2006 and the Board of Directors' decision of May 8th, 2007.
(1) On September 28th, 2007 a total of 3,000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.406 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 31,218.72.
(2) On October 1st, 2007 a total of 2,000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.386 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 20,772.46.
(3) On October 3rd, 2007 a total of 6,000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.310 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 61,857.09.
The abovementioned 11,000 own shares, of total value Euro 113,848.27 were purchased through Proton Bank S.A. at an average purchase price of Euro 10.350 per share.
