The company DAΜIANCO HOLDINGS LTD of CYPRUS notified us that it purchased shares of REDS SA and as a result increased its participation in the company from 0,0% (namely 0 common registered share with voting right) to 10,358% (namely 4.102.857 common registered share with voting right).
