ASTIR PALACE VOULIAGMENI S.A., pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Decision No. 1/434/3-7-2007 of the Greek CMC, as well as for the purposes of estimating and determining limitations vis-a-vis acquisitions or divestments of significant shareholdings and ownership of voting rights, informs the investing public that the share capital of Astir Palace amounts to Euro 127.800.00,00 (one hundred twenty seven million eight hundred thousand Euros) divided into 42.600.000 (forty two million six hundred thousand) common voting registered shares, with a par value of Euro 3,00 (three Euros) each.
