"REDS SA" announces its 11,7% participation in the share capital of the company "Athens Metropolitan Expo S.A" which through a concession agreement is developing and will operate the new Exhibition & Conference Centre that will be constructed in the premises of the Athens International Airport. The Centre will have leasable areas of 50,000 sq.m. and is anticipated to open to the public during the last quarter of 2008. The total investment cost will reach approx. euro 32 million.
